Chief executive director
Barbara Schug studied Pharmaceutics at the Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhem-University in Bonn, was awardee of „Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes“ and received her Dr. rer. nat. degree in 1991 with an experimental pharmacological thesis.
Since 2007 Mrs. Schug is the chief executive director of the partners of SocraMetrcis GmbH.
Dr. Frank Donath

Frank Donath studied Human Medicine and Dentistry at the medical intistute in Donetsk (Ukraine). Afterwards, he has worked as a scientific assistant at the pharmacological department of the academy for three years. After research visits in Kiew and Moscow (Russia) he received his doctor’s degree in human medicine in Jaroslawl (Russia) in 1982.
Prof. Dr. Henning Blume

Henning Blume studied Pharmacy at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main and received his degree Dr. phil. nat. in 1974. In 1982 he habilitated in pharmaceutical chemistry and was promoted to extraordinary professor of the University of Frankfurt. He is a specialised pharmacist for drug information and pharmaceutical technology.
Dr. Meinolf Wonnemann

After finishing his training as pharmaceutical technical assistant Meinolf Wonnemann studied pharmacy at Philipps University in Marburg (Lahn) until 1995. Afterwards he received his doctor’s degree Dr. phil. nat. in Pharmaceutical Pharmacology at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim and at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main in 2000. Currently he does an extra-occupational study in Medical Biometrics and Statistics at Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg.
Dipl.-Ing. Stephan Herrmann

Graduate engineer Stephan Herrmann studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering with focus on integrated systems of hard- and software at Technical University of Ilmenau from October 2000 to January 2007. In addition to a sound education in physics and mathematics Stephan Herrmann gained a detailed insight into the field of electrical engineering and computer science

Diplom Trophologist Juliana Büttner studied Nutrition Science at Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena until 2007. After her diploma thesis in a medical field (weight development of patients with diabetes mellitus type II with and without insulin therapy) she worked as student assistant at SocraTec R&D GmbH and got practical insight into the process of clinical studies phase I.
Melanie Mentz, M.A.

After a three-year education as dental assistant and a successful study in Educational Science, Psychology, and Sociology (M.A.) at Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena Melanie Mentz worked as a coordinating study assistant at the Central Clinics in Suhl. During this time she gained a comprehensive knowledge in the field of clinical studies.

Claudia Senf studied Media Sciences from 2001 to 2003 and Slavic Studies, English Linguistics and Intercultural Business Communication focusing on Central Eastern Europe at Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena until 2008. Besides internships in St. Petersburg (Russia) and Edinburgh (Scotland) she studied one semester at Jagiellonen-University in Cracow (Poland).
Renate Frank

After finishing her education as state-certified nurse Renate Frank has worked at an interdisciplinary intensive care unit at Helios Clinics Erfurt GmbH for several years. Since October 2004 she does an extra-occupational study in Health and Nursing Sciences at Martin Luther-University in Halle Wittenberg.

Sebastian Schmidt directly joined SocraMetrics GmbH in 2008 after a two-year education for state-certified commercial IT-assistant in economical computer science and was employed as programmer. His education focused on software and data base development as well accountancy and business economics.
