Besides regulatory requirements of a Quality Management System (QMS), it is a clear company philosophy of SocraMetrics GmbH to implement all activities in an efficient as lived QMS system. In doing so we aim to perform the activities with high quality and therefore to be consistent with our own standards and those of the sponsors (and authorities if applicable).

Our objective is the combination of scientific expertise in data management, statistics, and biometrics, highest operational standards in transparency of the data flow and handling with the claim of capacious traceability of each editing process in each project.

The use of modern techniques in data processing, user orientated software systems, and the validation of all relevant steps are the crucial factors to achieve high quality. Professionalism in each working step, constant effort in individual solutions, as well as optimisation of interfaces with various involved working areas are always aimed for. This results in a basic customer orientated focus integrated with the objective of closely meshed collaboration with the project team of a sponsor.

Our policy is that a sensible high degree of quality, accepting and carefully analysing errors and risks, detailed risk evaluation, and avoidance of mistakes lead to a result-orientated, efficient, and affordable product.
